As these things go, I'll share seven random facts about meself, and then pass it on to five lucky peeps.
RANDOM FACT #1: I just finished watching The Vampire Diaries on Netflix and I'm going crazy for the third season to show up on there. Hello, Damon! :D
RANDOM FACT #2: I'm in the middle of my fourth time querying, this time with my YA horror, PHOBIC, and it's going better than any of the other times have gone. (For instance, I actually got a partial-to-full request, which has never happened before!!) Fourth time is the charm, maybe? *crosses fingers*
RANDOM FACT #3: I nearly traveled Europe while I was in college, but decided to use the money to get married instead. I made my new hubby promise to take me there someday, but the older I get (like I'm that old now), I regret not having just GONE. But I was all romantic then, like, "How can I go without my HUSBAND?" I totally should have just gone, lol.
RANDOM FACT #4: I sold Mary Kay for a year after I first got married, and I nearly won the car. I got frustrated though, because no matter how hard you work in something like that, your success totally depends on someone else either selling something or buying something. So you can work your guts out and still not get to where you're trying to go.
RANDOM FACT #5: I got my first-ever pedicure last Saturday and it was awesome. My toes are now pink and sparkly!!
RANDOM FACT #6: I can't stick to one genre. I write YA, but so far I've written paranormal romance, romantic comedy, fantasy, and horror. Who knows what will come next!
RANDOM FACT #7: I'm not a flexible person. There are those people who can touch the floor just bending over, not bending their knees or anything? Yeah, not me. I can barely reach my ankles. If I work at it for several consecutive weeks I can reach my toes, but reaching the floor is pushing it.
